Instrument Overview: The system has various detection modes for absorbance, luminescence, fluorescence, including more specialized fluorescence measurements like time-resolved fluorescence (TRF) and fluorescence polarization (FP). Others technology such as AlphaScreen, are supported.
The system comes with high throughput options, a microplate stacker for automated plate loading and a high speed monochromator for quick full absorbance spectrum scans. Each run allows for up to 50 microplates. Light protection elements are also equipped for light sensitive applications.
