GeoMx DSP Analysis Instrument
What is it?
GeoMx Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) technology allows for in-situ analysis of transcriptome or proteome in discrete user selected compartments on histopathology sample slides.
Manufacturer: Nanostring
Model Name: Not Applicable
Applications: In-situ spatial transcriptomics and proteomics
Instrument Overview: The DSP GeoMX system allows for morphology guided profiling of regions of interest to quantitatively readout expression of molecular targets on histopathology slides. The GeoMx assays can be applied for spatial transcriptome or proteomics. Stain for RNA or Protein from FFPE or fresh frozen tissue sections, precisely select tissue compartments or cell types of interest based on the biology, and readout expression levels using either the nCounter Analysis System or an Illumina sequencer.
